  • It is a delight working with Suzanne and her team at Emerald Tree Counselling and Consulting. Suzanne's professionalism and her knowledge is inspiring. Amaranth Foundation refer clients to this practice and the care of people with complex needs and those who are very vulnerable is personal, real and makes a profound difference.

  • I have heard consistently positive feedback of Suzanne’s clinical skills for so many years now. Absolutely committed to supporting the wellbeing of her clients and so generous in the nurturing of her clinician colleagues through mentoring and supervision. Highly recommend.

  • If you value your mental health, do not go here. Suzanne spent my full appointment talking about herself, telling me how rich she is, how educated etc. Not sure how she is meant to help people when she doesn’t listen to a word you say. Be aware too that she is NOT a registered psychologist even though she tries to tell you she is, she is a social worker and has none of the skills one requires to assist someone in psychological distress. I left feeling much worse and wishing I hadn’t wasted my time, money and energy.

  • After having done both relationship counselling and individual counselling through the Geelong branch. I have found both of the counsellors i interacted with to be compassionate and understanding and instrumental in my personal growth.

  • I would strongly advise avoiding this service. I went to the one in Geelong and I spent $200 and 90 mins being judged, berated and treated with passive aggression and no sympathy whatsoever. It was not a safe space, and I felt very unstable in the room. I was triggered multiple times and here was no allowance for this. I left feeling judged for my choices and a failure. Do not go here. The man I had was not holding a safe space and would trigger anyone who is experiencing difficulty in their lives. AVOID.
