  • Guy is a standout therapist. He walked alongside me shedding light on the parts of myself which were holding burdens, using internal family systems therapy. As a person Guy is compassionate, open and embodies spirituality while remaining down to earth. With Guy's insight I made a really significant breakthrough that I don't think would have happened alone. I am very grateful.

  • Having never been to a counsellor before, taking the first step to finding the right person was the most difficult. If I had known that Guy was going to be so welcoming and supportive throughout our yarns, my trepidation from the outset could have been allayed. If you are contemplating asking for help, looking for somebody to listen patiently without judgement and who asks great questions, then Guy is the person I would whole heartedly recommend -the bro is chill Thank you for teaching me about the different parts of myself, the effects have had such a positive impact for me and my whฤnau. I am still so very very grateful

  • Aaron is more than a competent counselor. He's gifted with great wisdom and insight as well as an ability to listen and empathize having worked through significant mental health issues himself. His counseling was different from others i had been to previously in several ways. His understanding of the human brain functions assisted his explanations and at the end of each session, he provided me with 'truth coaches', phrases that I could use to rewire my neural pathways. These truth coaches enabled me to move forward in a positive way. I highly recommend Aaron!

  • I have attended Janine's group workshop yesterday. She briefed some basic concepts related to relationships such as the three key factors making people feel attracted by the other. Then we had a free Q&A session lasting 1 hour around. Janine's rich knowledge and genuine way of interaction with the audience impressed me a lot. I attended the workshop for learning new psychology stuff from professionals. If you really have a problem need to resolve, guess you can book a session to have a feel yourself. OR you may check from Eventbrite for sometimes she may have some group workshop posted there. BTW, the four stars is my highest rank giving for I have a belief that there is always space to improve for there is no perfect thing in the world. :)

  • Janine has helped me so much. Her frankness, intuition and depth of experience and knowledge enabled her to get straight to the heart of my issue very quickly. In a very short time I not only was shown what I needed to work on but then, more importantly, shown how to fix it. Thank you Janine you are amazing.

  • I highly recommend John, who had been recommended to me via a friend. I had put off councelling for many years as previous people I had seen were either incompetent/unrelatable/cold - you get my drift. John just knocks them out of the water, it's only been a few sessions, but already I can feel a positive shift, I feel like I actually look forward to what the future brings now. Can't wait to learn more tools to be a better human. I'm not hugely eloquent with my words so all I can say is thanks John, 5 stars to you!
