  • Combining both professionalism and personal charm, Luisa provides a rather unbeatable service. From having room to talk and put words to your own feelings to being guided through it by a preeminent expert, her approach is always adjusted to what will create an optimal environment for you - and with her clinical expertise and experience, she is always able to formulate unique & tailored guidance on working with how you feel. Finally, you'll have an incredibly easy time building rapport with her (vital), making the hardest parts of a session still feel comfortable & productive. Highly highly recommended

  • Luisa has made me feel so much better since I started seeing her. She never makes me feel silly or that things aren’t important. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve cried in sessions and I’ve come out feeling much better. After years of being fobbed off with CBT constantly, I’m so pleased I started seeing her and she has been an amazing support throughout what’s been a hard time in life. 100% recommend!

  • Luisa supported me through the final stages of my divorce. I found her to be both intuitive and practical. Her ability to balance compassion with her vast knowledge, meant I felt not only listened to and cared about but also left my sessions feeling capable and empowered. I feel lucky to have found her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

  • I went to see a counsellor here for some difficulties I was having, and was surprised how helpful it was! The person I saw was very compassionate and caring, and helped me with my difficulties way beyond any other counsellor I'd seen before. The person I spoke to when I emailed also took the time to make sure I was seen by the right person before I booked in. Great service and amazing therapists working in a field where it's needed. (I also met Stuart (the psychologist who owns the business) in the waiting area and he genuinely seems to care that people get the best service they can).

  • Stuart has been so helpful - he and his team are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do as well as being extremely supportive. Great online services and the availability to have face to face appointments quickly too if preferred. I would highly recommend the counsellors and psychologists here to anyone having trouble with their mood or anxiety or past experiences - or whatever they might need support with. The benefits are invaluable - well worth talking to the team to see how they can help with whatever is needed. Can’t stress this enough if you are reading this there is a gods chance they can help - so call them now!

  • Stuart helped me find a way of making my life meaningful again after I had gone through a period of intense anger, grief and anxiety. It is several months since my last appointment, the writing of this review having been put on hold due to having undergone a major operation shortly after the psychotherapy sessions ended. During my period of recovery from my operation, I have continued to put much of what I learned from Stuart into practice, most importantly, focusing on my values and maintaining a daily routine. I have found this invaluable, particularly as life has continued to present me with massive challenges. I feel now that I have a set of tools with which to navigate the fallout from even the most difficult occurrences. I will always be grateful to Stuart for the part he has played in my recovery and would recommend him wholeheartedly as a psychologist.

  • Sadly, this centre wouldn't allow us to bring our babies into the building. Which is clear discimination. If they don't care about our children. It shows they have very little care for the adults. I'm very glad we didn't use their services Disappinting

  • Therapy is about care, and care is what I felt I received, from Gillian sitting in reception to Martin's support as I made my journey through therapy. Safe, caring hands.
