  • My partner and I visited Bruno at the Spicewood Springs office. There is a lot of value in seeking out couples therapy before problems make themselves apparent - I believe that every married couple/long term partnership should do this. I’m in a happy marriage. However, working with a professional to check in and think about our patterns and communication is invaluable. Bruno was an excellent facilitator for this process. He made us both feel comfortable and heard.

  • Bruno has been extremely helpful for me!! I was looking for a therapist that would be more interactive vs sitting back and letting me talk/asking how things make me feel the entire session. He is involved and uses different techniques to really help guide and increase awareness and understanding of life experiences. The analogies he would use to help me better understand my behavior in certain situations has helped me tremendously! He is compassionate, understanding, calm nature, caring and blunt (which is exactly what I was looking for and I think everyone needs when visiting the world of therapy). I could go on and on about Bruno and how talented he is! I talk about him to all of my close friends and would 1000% recommend him to anyone. He is seriously the best!

  • Seeing Bruno has been very helpful for my relationship. I got a referral from one of my good friends and have felt like it is the right fit for my fiancé and I. We have only been to 2 sessions and I feel better after each one. I would recommend him to anyone. It’s a very comfortable setting. He does longer sessions which I think are helpful.

  • My wife and I have been seeing Amy since 2014 at the recommendation of a friend for a Gottman trained therapist. In short, Amy has saved our marriage on more than one occasion. For the long story, there are not enough characters to state how and what she has done to help us. It wasn't easy, but Amy helped to guide us and repair our relationship. As a clinician myself and not the easiest client to work with, I can tell you Amy is a skilled professional and continues to work to improve her knowledge and skills to serve her clients. She maintains her skills with up-to-date training in the latest research and techniques. While there may be other therapists offering more cost efficient services, she is worth every penny. We cannot thank her enough for the guidance and professionalism. Because of the work we have done with Amy, we are happier together and have a great journey ahead of us and have the tools to build and maintain a great future.

  • Amy has been immensely helpful in aiding my personal growth and helping my husband and me save our marriage and grow our relationship. We'd previously met with other therapists, and frankly, those meetings agitated the hive more than they'd helped. We knew after one visit that if anyone could help us learn to communicate, bridge gaps, provide us tools (that we'd use!), and become better people to each other, it was Amy, and we've benefited by meeting with her ever since. I highly recommend working with her.

  • David Cantu is an amazing resource! I have talked to him alone and with my husband. He is straightforward and there to help not just trying to lure you back for more money. His insights and coaching style pushed me/us to make big changes that have helped us live a happier life. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Lisa Harrell
  • The only regret I have about hiring David Cantu as a life coach is that I didn't do it years earlier. After repeatedly hitting my head against the same wall of counseling I knew I needed something different. David was just what I needed to get on with my life. Turning my midlife "crisis" into a second adulthood has been so energizing that I am inspired to build a new company to help inspire others in their 40's, 50's and 60's have a positive future.

    Melinda Collins
  • I was very nervous to begin seeing David since I had never been to a counselor before, but after our first session I knew he was a great fit for me. David has an excellent way of getting you to understand your own behaviors and feelings while also validating that it is okay to feel that way. I appreciate his honesty towards situations in my life, although it may not be something I want to hear, he always directs me towards things I need to hear and ways to apply them to lead a better, happier life. I highly recommend seeing David for anyone who wants and is willing to make a real change in their situations.

  • Dorian has truly made a positive impact on my journey toward healing and growth. • I reached out to Teri, one of the co-owners, through the EMDRIA website after experiencing a traumatic event and seeking EMDR treatment and therapeutic support. Her response was very quick, warm, helpful, and empathetic regarding my recent trauma. She took the time to consider the specifics I was looking for in a therapist and was able to offer me two referrals at Just Mind and even an external referral outside of their practice, just to ensure that I could be connected to the right fit. Two of their clinicians were willing to see me quickly and offer a sliding scale rate, since I was hoping to go through insurance and Just Mind did not take mine. Their scheduling team was efficient and reached out to me promptly. The scheduling team also offered to communicate with me through whichever means I felt most comfortable with and let me know when the clinician had a cancellation in case I wanted to be seen sooner. Just Mind also offered in person appointments, which I was very grateful for, as telehealth seems to be what is most readily available. Although telehealth can be just as effective as in-person and I have participated in telehealth in the past and enjoyed it, as a permanently remote employee, I was hoping to get some time outside the house and be seen in the office. Teri took the time to exchange multiple emails back and forth with me to help get me connected not only to a therapist, but one who could be a right fit clinically, and provided a supportive bridge to care for me during a very difficult time. Although I ended up being connected to a clinician in-network through my insurance, Teri and the Just Mind team really went above and beyond to help me establish care and did so with a warm, therapeutic, and efficient response. I felt encouraged by the few interactions I had with Just Mind and will refer friends and family in the future who are open to paying out of pocket and/or have their accepted insurance.

  • I most especially would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking serious treatment. No bedside manner. Zero professionalism. They charge you multiple sessions at once vs once every session. Therapists are left to do their own scheduling and billing DESPITE having no clue what their doing. Literally. I found myself dealing with more just trying to get my therapy... The therapy wasn't worth it. My therapist left me feeling incredibly bad. Worse than when I started. Not to mention, I did speak with someone in charge. The problem clearly starts at the top. Once again, if you're seeking therapy that feels like help and less like stress, this may not be the best place to start. Good luck.

  • I worked on my men's and relationship issues with Christopher Hansen consistently for roughly 8 weeks and it was one of the most impactful experiences for my personal well-being and for my relationship. He listened and empathized with what I had to say, he was honest, and he always made sure I was making progress with my goals for therapy every step of the way. I feel so much more confident about myself and where my relationship is and I couldn't have done it without Chris. I will undoubtedly continue to use his help in the future if needed.

  • I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for almost a year and a half at this point. I've seen counselors and therapists to varied degrees before, but I've never had a mental health professional be able to establish such a great rapport and allow me to open up and self-reflect in ways I never had before. His flexibility and open communication have been great as well, especially for the times when I've had something come up, not feeling as well, so on and so forth. I'd recommend him to anybody who's looking for a world class professional to talk with.

  • I've been under the care of Deidra Fuller and Christopher Hansen at Thriveworks, and they have both been excellent. Deidra was amazing in terms of working through trauma. Christopher is great at finding practical cognitive solutions to deal with anxiety. I would strongly recommend both of them to anyone who's seeking therapy.
