I had a wonderful experience with Alejandra Galindo. I found her very patient and easy to talk too, which made all the difference for me after having bounced off of a few therapists before. She challenged me in ways that made me feel like I was growing and still safe at the same time. Can't recommend her enough!

I’ve been working with Dr. Smith for 2 years now and all I can say is wow. The change that I’ve seen in myself is amazing, my family and friends also have noticed a difference. I am so grateful my paths crossed with Dr. Smith, she is simply the best, she really takes the time to get to know you and figure out how to help you become the best you, you can be. The homework that she gives is tailored for exactly what she wants you to work through and it has never felt like just busy work. She’s a great listener and even very transparent. My first experience going to therapy and I don’t regret it.

Provider was great, however the scheduler verified my insurance as participating but failed to check to see if my therapist was also participating with my insurance. Long story short, it resulted in an “out of network” payment at a much higher cost to me. Beware and make sure you do you homework before scheduling. They really dropped the ball on this. It is still being resolved with Anthem.

Diana Parlante is a kind, empathetic, and engaging clinician. As a fellow systemically trained therapist, I know what she’s capable of and how helpful she can be to couples and families who need direction and help. She had a lot of professional experience with betrayal and trauma. If you’re looking for someone in the area to help you or your family needs, look her up!

I am beyond satisfied with Jennifer Castro, I knew during our first session that we clicked and she would be someone I was comfortable sharing things with. She is receptive, thoughtful and validating, and I am very appreciative of this. She has given me some great tools to use to help move myself past some trauma, and these tools, as well as just talking with her in general, proved helpful very quickly. I am looking forward to working with her further!

So far, it’s been a very positive experience. Looking forward to more positive things in the future! Although it’s been a bit slow starting off, I don’t view it as a negative, as Diana is taking the time to really get to know me and what’s going on in my head. I feel that she’s compiling as much data as possible so that the treatment will have maximum effectiveness, and to me, that’s worth being patient for. Diana has a great presence, being extremely pleasant and patient, and I always feel like she’s genuinely listening and trying to work out the best way to help me improve. I feel blessed to have ended up in her care!

Not even one email to follow up after the first session i didnt even feel we are welcomed to go their again after i discussed my son’s problem . I kind if felt judged and not welcomed again there Follow up before my visit was only about payments and money that was their only concern No instructions on how to get there although their building is like a maze and has a code and nobody even sent the code or bothered to tell you how to get there It took me 15 minutes to get there because i got lost they deducted this time from my session Absolutely overcharged and not worth it
