Couples therapy in Jacksonville

I have been coming to Family Therapy Associates for over a year. I was skeptical about finding another therapist who could meet my needs of healing and that I can personally bond with. I took my leap of faith based on Google research and reviews. Thank goodness, too! They matched me with the perfect therapist (whether you're single or as a couple)! The new location is just absolutely amazing! I highly recommend that if you're in need of healing and guidance, Family Therapy Associates will be amazing for you!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the progress I've made with Lauren's help! They make it so easy from the process of partnering with FTAJ, finding the best therapist for me and my needs, supporting me through this journey, teaching me to fight for myself and trust myself! The new office is beautiful, tranquil and refreshing. With a coffee/refreshment bar and comfy chairs in the lobby, as well as huge windows that make you feel less like you are in a lobby or office and more in nature! My experience here makes me look forward to my appointments and excited about putting in the work needed.

Meredith is a very understanding and caring person. I instantly felt comfortable in our sessions. She has a charismatic personality and makes you feel very comfortable during the sessions. She does a great job at building trust and forming a therapeutic relationship. She truly is a great listener, non-judgmental, fun to talk to, and gives valuable insights on how to handle difficult life problems which I have been dealing with lately in my life. Dr. Justin is awesome! I had to take an evaluation for the line of work and this was my first time having to take a MMPI. I was nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. His staff is also efficient and professional. I highly recommend this office!

This course was very detailed and easy to navigate. We found it very informative and made us realize what we needed to improve on and what we were already doing and needed to keep doing in order to have a very effective marriage.

My fiancée and I highly recommend Dr. D'Arienzo's courses for premarital counseling and we also believe the course will be good refreshers for us after we get married!

Allison is a phenomenal councillor, I've seen other councillor's in the past and never have I had the pleasure of talking with a professional who is so caring, compassionate, and understanding. I've been seeing Elsa Juall for several months and I couldn't recommend her more strongly. I had almost given up on therapy before I met her, but I gave it one more try and I'm so happy I did. It's obvious that she sees counseling as more than just a job: she genuinely cares about her clients and that makes all the difference. She's incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable; she also consistently makes an effort to give personalized and supportive care. Everybody deserves to have a therapist like her. Ann Taylor was very nice but unfortunately I had to cancel any future appointments because they were trying to hit my credit card for 650.00, my Co pay was only 10.00 Extremely disappointed, I was seeking help because my friend and roommate committed suicide. So not only dealing with that they were trying to scam me out of my money. My insurance company is the one that refer me to this scam place, so I knew for a fact that I was covered by them. Do not give them your credit card, debit. Would never recommend.

I was directed to Thriveworks through Florida Blue. I've had a positive experience overall. The intake process was straightforward, and there is regular, effective digital communication. Any issues that arose initially were handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.
