  • My partner and I had our first couples therapy session with Dr. la Xiong. We were 34 minutes into our first session and we knew Dr. Xiong was our perfect fit as a couple's therapist. I know my partner and I will truly be heard by Dr. Xiong. I would give more than five stars if I could.

  • I share a number of clients with Lisa and I am often told just how highly attentive, and attuned she is as a therapist. If only I could send every couple in distress to work with her!

  • Less than 1 star. absolutely don't recommend it. you cant be unattended or neglecting your voicemail for over a week when you have therapy or counselling in your business name / profession name. just know that people call you when they reach a dead end and make sure you answer their phone calls. Hate this!

  • Darcy is amazing! I can tell she is very committed to her career, and her patients. My daughter was hesitant at first but she quickly warmed up to her. This to me, shows how well she connects with her patients and she genuinely cares and takes the time to establish a trusting relationship with them.

  • Darcy is one of the most disturbing 'professionals' I have ever encountered. My daughters suffer from trauma & Ptsd, this woman would not consult with their therapist first and without any background information told my daughters to recount abuse, it was forcefully denied, then they were told to forgive their father for an entire hour. She said the video was erased the same day. On only their second 'therapeutic supervised visit' my daughter returned to the room I waited for her in with red eyes, her arms hung to her side, her expression was frozen with pain & trauma. The air of the room was chilling, Darcy had a blank expression. I hadn't seen my oldest daughter regress to that state since her father held a knife to me for stopping a beating years earlier. She was continuously accusatory & passive aggressive with me. Even though d/v was acknowledged by the court & I spent 10 years supporting him through addiction & supported his relationship with the kids. She wrote that my daughter said, "you need to pay child support or else" to him. I knew it wasn't true because I had asked legal aid years prior if it was okay for him to not pay cs, my daughter denied having said it & we do not speak of cs. If your attending this place with hope it will be a safe place for you kids to develop a healthy relationship & healing with their parent, the tactic used here was (attack the other parent). Darcy's behavior was abnormal, someone like this should not be put in a position of projecting ignorance on others.

  • Dr Reid, is amazing. Together, with his staff, they supported me and my family come to a resolution on an issue, that took over a decade to resolve. I would highly recommend, Relationships LLC for all BIPOC families needing healing and reconciliation. Thank you

  • I have worked on and off with Jen Rives for something like 8 years. My husband and I first saw her for couples counseling, and after we finished that, I continued seeing her solo because I found her advice and support to be so helpful. Jen helped guide me through several large and traumatic experiences in my life with grace, compassion, and a bit of much needed humor. She has a wise way of holding her clients accountable, while lifting them up at the same time. I highly recommend Jen and her team at Relationship Insights!

  • If you want a skilled, caring, insightful, and solution-focused therapist, you will definitely find that at Relationship Insights. As a local therapist, I have known Jen Rives, the founder and owner of Relationship Insights, personally and professionally since 2008. Jen brings compassion, a down-to-earth style, a wonderful sense of humor, and excellent problem-solving skills to her therapy. Jen cares about her impact on the environment, is conscious of race and privilege, and she strives to make a safe place for people of all backgrounds, orientations, and socioeconomic status. Jen has built a team of like-minded, highly skilled therapists. I have consulted with Jen about client care over the years, and she always speaks about clients with respect and a genuine attempt to help them reach their goals. I often refer clients to Relationship Insights, and I always get positive feedback from those I refer. I have complete confidence in Jen and her team of therapists, and I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation!

  • I regret to say that I had a very bad experience with Jen Rives at Relationship Insights. I saw her last year for a couple months. While I believe she tried to help, nothing she said was working or helping. This in and of itself would not be the worst. The problem was that she got upset with me when I continued to struggle. She would get frustrated at me for things like closing my eyes (trying to hold back tears). In my last session, she gaslighted me and yelled at me because we went 3 minutes over my session time. (I didn't know that we were over the time, nor was I aware that I was supposed to be keeping track of the time.) When I did find a new therapist, one of the issues to work through was how negatively my experience with Jen affected me. I hope she is helpful for some people, but she was not for me.
