They have it figured out - and have dedicated themselves to sharing it with the rest of us. ;) Just like we spend time learning how to best take care of our bodies, health, careers, mind... how vital to also dedicate time to nurturing our most important relationships. With their simple yet highly effective tools and guidance... it's easy and wonderful to have a balanced, thriving relationship with stellar communication. Thanks for a great weekend in Arizona - well worth the trip out there! :)

  • My husband & I had a 2 on 2 private session with The Freemans last week, we have also been doing the 30 Day Challenge this month. We weren't sure if we would get much accomplished in the 1 hr session, but WOW have we been surprised. The session opened up a new understanding of each other, and really helped us get to the core of where we have been getting stuck in a cycle of things going well for a few weeks, then going down hill. The models they presented us were easy to understand, and to the point. All the while, the 30 Day Challenge has really motivated and sparked reconnection in our relationship as new parents. We highly recommend ANY content from The Freemans.

  • I have been seeing Lolly for over 9 months and could not ask for a better therapist! I had seen other therapists in the past, but found it difficult to keep it consistent due to scheduling difficulty and never feeling fully comfortable. From the first visit, I have felt completely safe and comfortable opening up to Lolly, and I love that she supports and encourages me, but also challenges my views and perspectives when needed. I find it so easy to talk to her our sessions often go by so fast! She has helped me more than I could have imagined, and even referred me to a short group therapy for more tools and support with my issues. She always makes it simple and easy to schedule our next sessions. I would recommend Lolly and this office to anybody looking for a safe place to heal and grow!

  • Looking for a therapist can sometimes feel like a nerve-racking & overwhelming situation, I am here to share my positive experience with Life In Motion Therapy, specifically with Lolly. Everything about the experience was professional. I felt extremely supported during my time with Life In Motion. After being with other therapists in the past, Lolly was able to connect with me in a way that allowed me to see situations differently. She was able to give me exercises for creating new ways to communicate and work on achieving growth. The only reason I am no longer seeing Lolly is moving out of state, otherwise I would see be attending sessions with her!

  • Going to therapy has been the best decision Iā€™ve ever made. Im so lucky that I met Trisha, she was the first Therapist I ever reached out to and she has literally changed my life. She has helped me to understand myself on a deeper level, and has given me the tools to deal with my trauma and to just live a better life overall. I couldnā€™t ask for a better therapist. -Vail

  • Gordon is an excellent counselor - compassionate, insightful, and truly caring when it comes to his clients. As someone who has had so-so experiences with other professionals in the past, I was initially hesitant, but it soon became apparent that Gordon is simply excellent at his job. Truly worth every minute. Making the decision to let Gordon help with the tough issues that come up in life was one of the best I've made. It certainly has the potential to change your life, too.

  • Gordon is amazing. He has been a vital part of helping me not only cope with personal but also professional issues. His approach is always very compassionate and giving of himself. Gordon is highly intelligent and intellectual which I believe allows him provide insight like I have never had someone provide before. I trust no one greater than I trust him and I respect him dearly.

  • I've seen Gordon as my therapist over the last couple of years and I can without a doubt say he has been a tremendous help in my journey forward. I just love Gordon's approach to therapy. He is no nonsense with a natural ability to make you feel at ease. I remember he said to me once that our goal with therapy was for me to eventually not "need" to see him. He showed me that my growth was his priority. I wouldn't be where I am today without his insight and encouragement.

  • I am writing this review after my first session with Jane. She seems very compassionate and happy to help those that come to her. We discussed getting me out of the house more to strengthen my socializing skills. I have begun going to workout classes and although it's only been a short while I do feel less anxious about these situations. I am hopeful that I can keep up this positive change going forward.

  • Please, whatever you do, do NOT use Jane Fendelman as your counselor. I worked for Jane as a personal assistant for a few months and she is an extremely unhealthy person. Jane is very narcissistic and unwilling to acknowledge other approaches or ways of doing things. Jane will interject during sessions with her own life stories and experiences, taking the attention away from the patient. Based on interactions with her and reading past experiences of other clients, it is safe to say that Jane does not like men as a whole. Additionally, Jane would insist on having me bombard her doctors office with phone calls demanding that they would approve an injection that the insurance already determined it was too soon for her to have. If Jane spent the same amount of time and energy tending to her own health as she does antagonizing people, she wouldn't be in as much pain. The doctor actually withdrew her as a patient because she harassed them so much. Also on numerous occasions, I was verbally and emotionally abused by Jane. Lastly, Jane does not possess proper licenses for the services she offers. STEER CLEAR!!

  • Jane is amazing!! She is such an attentive listener and gives you tools to help you improve yourself. Jane has helped me get more in touch with my feelings and find better outlets for them. I'm so thankful for her guidance in getting more in touch with myself and I am really proud of the progress I have made with Jane.

  • I cannot recommend working with Jason enough. I worked with him for a little over a year and Iā€™ve not only learned tips for managing stress and anxiety, but how to process and not be limited by difficulties in my life. Iā€™d recommend any male struggling in the Phoenix area to check them out if theyā€™re ready to be challenged and change for the better!

  • My experience with Jason has been amazing. Jason is calm, empathetic, and able to explain things to me that I have difficulty processing due to issues I am working through. I am grateful for his patience and foresight. As men it is sometimes difficult speaking to the things that are emotionally hurting us and working with someone like Jason is like having a guide helping navigate through those complicated waters. I highly recommend working with Jason and Phoenix Men's Counseling!

  • Jason is a colleague, and I appreciate his support. He has a calm way about him, and he is a great listener. When I speak with him, I feel like he "gets it." I don't feel judged, and I feel like someone understands what I am saying. These are great therapist qualities. I would recommend him to men I care about.
